Chris is the owner of ACE Pitching & Arm Care. For the past year, he has served as the Pitching Coach at South County High School in Lorton Virginia, before that he spent 5 years as the West Potomac High School pitching coach developing 2 MLB pitching draft picks along with 22 college commitments. In 2017/2018 he was the Pitching Coach of the Alexandria Aces in the Cal Ripken Collegiate League. He is also a Mid-Atlantic Associate Scout for the Tampa Bay Rays.
Chris is a graduate from Bergen CC/Brookdale CC in New Jersey where he earned All American Baseball honors and was selected for both NJCAA East All-Star Team and the USA National team. Chris signed with the St. Louis Cardinals after college but an unfortunate arm injury ended his pitching career early.
He has enjoyed the privilege of coaching dedicated players at all levels from Little League, High School, NCAA, and the Major Leagues. Entering his third year as the owner of ACE Pitching & Arm Care he has provided individual and group lessons to 4 MLB First-Year Player Draft picks, 60 NCAA players, and over 70 High School players with college commitments. Chris is fortunate enough to pursue his second passion and serves his community as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer.
Graduated from Bellefonte Area HS (PA) in 2016, then continued his career at Morehead State as a relief pitcher and went on to lead the team in saves in 2018. Then during the 2019 season Dom underwent Labrum surgery on his throwing shoulder. After multiple rehab programs and professional opinions, it was revealed he required another surgery in the fall of 2020. After the surgery, his focus became developing kids and young men of all ages to stay close to the game. He also played in the Cape Cod Collegiate Baseball League in 2018.

Josh is originally from Buffalo, NY, and was a three sport athlete throughout high school. He attended Canisius College where he obtained his Bachelor degree in Physical Education and Masters degree in Education. He spent two years post grad coaching in football, basketball and baseball at three different levels (Middle School, JV and Varsity), in Buffalo before moving to D.C. Since moving to D.C. Josh has spent 7 years teaching Physical Education and Health in DCPS, while coaching at Lee High School as the Varsity Baseball Pitching Coach and the Head JV football coach. Josh is currently the Head Varsity Baseball coach at West Potomac High School
Graduated from West Potomac HS in 2016, Jamie played both basketball and baseball. He was selected in the 2016 MLB draft by the San Diego Padres (Round 12), but ultimately honored his commitment to play Division One baseball at
the College of William and Mary. In his junior year, 2019, he owned a 2.87 ERA with 17 appearances and 22 strikeouts through 15.2 innings. He played in the Cape Cod Baseball League with the Harwich Mariners in 2017, with a 2.02 ERA.
In 2019, Jamie was selected by the Philadelphia Phillies (Round 25), and attended two Spring Training Seasons while playing Rookie ball.
Jamie has now taking time to focus on developing athletes off all ages. He is currently the Pitching Coach at West Potomac High School.
