Here at ACE Pitching, each player is provided an individualized throwing program focused on proper arm strengthening techniques and pitching fundamentals. This includes an initial range of motion and strength assessment, biomechanical test, proper throwing mechanics and arm care instruction, weight room exercise, pitch development with Rapsodo and our slow motion camera system. All memberships run four (4) times per week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. All memberships include arm care, biomechanical assessments, strength and mobility testing, mechanics, pitch development, velocity building, bullpens, live at bats as well as weight room, plyometrics, yoga and run approximately 90-150 minutes.
